So our children couldn't be more different than this. We finally broke down and bought a carpet cleaner. The carpet was gross to say the least. When we got it home there was some assembly required. Not the assembly required when you buy IKEA furniture but we did have to screw on the handle and assemble the hose storage. While I was assembling away Iolana wanted to use the Styrofoam to make a tower, and the box to play pretend with. Kaylin on the other hand picked up a screw driver and started to help me screw the cleaner together. Which one do you think takes after Adam?
Sorry for the burry picture of Kaylin, she was trying hard to get that screwdriver into the hole and mom just couldn't keep the camera steady. (Since I didn't use flash the shutter speed was a bit slower - the exact reason they invented the tri pod.)

HOw fun. I love developing personalities in these critters we raise. I love the paint and am so jealous of the napping girl. Oh for Skylah to be that young again. But then again I have no trouble taking her shopping now that she has no nap time to interfere with.
