Christmas Train Ride

As you can see from the frequency of my posts as of late, I've had the family here in Oklahoma City. It's amazing how much less time you have to do things when you add on three more! But I didn't mind one bit. It was great. We had a great time seeing sites in OKC and having Santa visit us here. They just left today, and so I'm back to being a bachelorette for the next month.

Here are some pictures from their stay. First off is the Polar Express Train Ride. We got to ride on a train (not steam this time) and listen to the story of the Polar Express. They gave the kids hot chocolate, cookies, candy canes and they got to talk to Santa. While waiting for the train Iolana was able to talk with Santa to let him know where were here in OKC and not AZ and she got to tell him first hand what she wanted for Christmas. It was cute.

Even grown ups like getting Candy from Santa.

Yummy hot chocolate!

Never sitting still.

She was so excited to see Santa. Kaylin was too but you wouldn't know it by they way she's trying to get away from him.

It was probably in the teen's with the wind chill so coming into a wind free train was quite cozy. Especially with the cocoa and cookies.
